Made by LFbra from 1 mm low-carbon steel using a stamping process, these rings offer a stable shape, uniform geometry, and consistent quality, making them well suited for bulk production and factory garment assembly.

The nylon 6 coating, applied by thermal spraying, creates a smooth surface, reduces friction where the ring comes into contact with the strap and fabric, and improves wear resistance. This helps the rings maintain a neat appearance and dependable performance in the finished garment.
