Our own production facility in Liepāja
The LFbra production team is responsible for equipment setup, stable process parameters, technical maintenance, and the colour and quality control of finished components. For B2B clients, this means predictable results, repeatable batches, and clear lead times.
Technical maintenance
We perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and scheduled servicing to reduce the risk of downtime and production delays.
Batch-by-batch quality control
We check dimensions, appearance, colour, and compliance with approved samples before an order is released for packing.
Preparation of B2B shipments
We assemble, label, and hand over batches to logistics in accordance with international client requirements.

Production Equipment Setup Technician
Production Equipment Setup Technician
A key technical role in production. The setup technician prepares equipment for each production batch, installs tooling, sets operating parameters, checks first-off parts, and corrects process deviations.
Key responsibilities
- Set up machinery and production tooling before each batch is launched.
- Set and adjust process parameters.
- Inspect first-off parts and monitor production stability.
- Diagnose the causes of defects, stoppages, and process deviations.
- Maintain records of setups, servicing, and repairs.

Production Equipment Operator
The operator runs the production process according to an approved work instruction: prepares the workstation, loads materials, monitors equipment parameters, and checks product quality throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
- Start, stop, and operate equipment under normal conditions.
- Monitor operating parameters and tooling condition.
- Check products against samples and defined criteria.
- Label batches and complete shift documentation.
- Promptly report deviations to the setup technician.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair Technician
This specialist is responsible for the technical readiness of the production facility: performs preventive maintenance, supports repairs, monitors the stock of critical spare parts, and helps reduce unplanned downtime.

- Perform scheduled equipment maintenance.

Key responsibilities
- Check batch dimensions, appearance, colour, and completeness.
- Compare products with reference samples and specifications.
- Record inspection results and identified non-conformities.
- Provide feedback to operators and setup technicians.
- Release the batch for packing after inspection is complete.
