A key technical role in production. The setup technician prepares equipment for each production batch, installs tooling, sets operating parameters, checks first-off parts, and corrects process deviations.
The operator runs the production process according to an approved work instruction: prepares the workstation, loads materials, monitors equipment parameters, and checks product quality throughout the shift.
This specialist is responsible for the technical readiness of the production facility: performs preventive maintenance, supports repairs, monitors the stock of critical spare parts, and helps reduce unplanned downtime.
The quality inspector checks products before packing and dispatch, compares them with approved samples, and ensures that each batch meets the client’s requirements.
