This shape works well for balconette bras, sewn cups with underwire, and styles with a horizontal neckline, where it is important to lift the bust, keep the upper cup more open, and avoid making the center part of the bra too heavy.

The shape has a medium center, high side, wide fit, and open coverage. The medium center makes the front part of the bra more versatile and not too high, while the high side gives extra support from the side and helps keep the bust inside the cup.

The wide fit is suitable for designs that need more space at the base of the cup and a more comfortable distribution of pressure. Open coverage makes the fit visually lighter and works well for Balconette styles where the upper part of the cup should stay more open, while still keeping shape and support.

The underwires are made from Bekaert wire. Bekaert is a Belgian manufacturer of steel wire and protective coatings, whose materials are used in industries where consistent quality, precise shape, and material reliability are important.

The wire has double corrosion protection: galvanizing and PET plastic coating. This creates a smooth surface, reduces friction against the fabric, and helps keep the finished garment looking neat.
